The thing about Facebook is that it’s training us to learn in spurts that are one paragraph long, plus maybe one picture. Books are outdated simply because they run on too long. Of course books are not outdated, but you see, within one paragraph, one may clarify, and still keep the reader’s attention. I believe the reason we have not achieved world peace is due to the fact that most religious books are way too long, try to do too much in one bible, which loses the reader. World peace is more likely if the ideas behind “peace and love” are brought forward in little pictures and snapshots of thought. Really, even this post is a bit long. S.
